Chef Tom Wolfe

Chef Wolfe embarked on his culinary journey by enrolling in a prestigious culinary school in New Orleans. To support his education, he juggled two jobs while attending culinary school: valeting cars and working at Mr. B’s Bistro, where he honed his skills for the next four years. Eager to advance, he applied to Emeril’s Restaurant. Wolfe recalls, Chef Emeril proposed starting him at NOLA prior to transitioning him to Emeril’s. Chef Wolfe’s response was, “Thank you for the opportunity to work at NOLA, however, I look forward to working with you, here at Emeril’s one day”! Wolfe’s determination led him to express his desire to work directly at Emeril’s, a decision that set the stage for his future success.
