After managing restaurants across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, Chef Wolfe and his wife, Tracy, decided to return full-time to his hometown. This decision marked the beginning of Chef Wolfe’s next exciting new chapter with combined decades of culinary expertise and hospitality experience to establish “Chef Wolfe’s Black Book Caterer.” Drawing on his legacy of excellence and innovation, this venture aims to provide exemplary catering experiences, emphasizing personalized service, creative menus, and unparalleled quality.

“History often repeats itself,” he notes, referencing his first glimpse into the catering world during high school, now returning to his roots with an unsurpassed wealth of knowledge and a refined approach on execution. Our number one goal is to execute each event, beyond our clients expectation by purely focusing on their needs, wants, and vision, using the basic rule of of thumb, “Attention to Details” always putting our clients vision at the forefront!
